I purchased my Yamaha Super Tenere here about 18 months ago and I took it in for service at the new location this past Saturday. Not only was the service done at the time they said it would be, they went above and beyond. I had some plaster smeared on my bike by someone who vandalized it, and I asked if they were aware of a product that would get rid of it. When the service was completed, the plaster was all gone! I enjoy my visits to MMS Buford because they recognize me and they know my ride!

Great experience overall. Was not perfect but they did everything to make sure I was 100% satisfied. The bike came from another location and had been modified, I didn't want mods. They took care of this and I got exactly what I wanted. Will definitely be back when it is time to add another bike.

I've had my Kawasaki Vulcan 900 Classic Lt (08) serviced at the Buford location twice now, service has been great. i have put 54,000 miles on my bike, i love it, it's my baby, and i'm picky as hell when it comes to service, parts and accessories. since i got my bike in 2008 i have been to several shops and dealers to get it serviced. i have had tires put on backwards, pulled air cover off to find the air filter i paid for was not installed, given every excuse under the sun why the 3hrs of service i requested (their estimated time) was not completed - EVEN AFTER THEM HAVING MY BIKE FOR TWO WEEKS!!!! Chris Roth, i thank you and your crew, trust is priceless. I'd like to give Dalton Wehunt and Ms. Amanda in the parts and accessories department a special thank you for the kindness and patience they both showed this old man on a recent helmet purchase. They both went above and beyond the call of duty for me.

Took my CTX700 into Mountain Motorsports for service. During my visit, I took the opportunity to walk the dealership and was impressed by the large variety of sports vehicles. I enjoyed speaking with the people in the service department and was impressed by Adam Powell whom I found to be very professional, patient and knowledgeable answering all questions in a very concise and easy to understand way. My bike was properly serviced with several minor adjustments made and explained to me. I will continue to do business with Mountain Motorsports.

This past saturday my wife and i were in the buford location with a friend that wanted my input on a spider they were looking at. After giving them my thoughts on the one they were looking at i started looking around at the used bikes and noticed a 2014 v star 950 that was getting a lot attention, as soon as the other people stepped away i sat on it and fell in love with it and it was priced below kbb value. I spoke with Josh French and made an offer on the spot. Within 3 minutes a out the door price was agreed on and it was mine.I have seen good and bad revues on here but at the end of the day i had a great no hassle purchase from JOSH FRENCH. He is a good guy to deal with and does what he says he will do.
On another point when we were in the office doing the paper work and paying we were talking and i mentioned a bad experience i had at the Conyers location e few months ago and JOSH asked me to repeat the story to another one of the guys.I told the other guy what had happened and thought we were just shooting the breeze. My Story: I've used Mountain Motorsports ever since they were Lawrenceville Honda and Yamaha over in Lawrencville, GA. The Service Department is beyond amazing! They serviced my Gold Wing and kept me traveling for years, and you all know how the Black Sabbath MC Nation gets down on two!
Well, when I bought my Victory I was faced with a dilemma. Since Victory Dealers are so far apart and the closest one to me is over 60 miles from my house - but then it dawned on me.... Force my trusted and awesome mechanics and Mountain Motorsports to fix my Victory!!!! Hell, a motorcycle is a motorcycle so what could the problem be!?
Now don't get me wrong. Some Mountain Motorsports locations actually do sell and fix Victory bikes but not my Buford dealership and I refused to go anywhere else.. CAUSE THESE GUYS ARE MINE! ALL MINE!!!!
So I contacted Evil Chris (the manager/slave-driver over at the service department) to put him on notice that my new Victory was now under his responsibility as well.
"But I don't work on Victory bikes," Evil Chris yelled!
"Oh yes the hell you do now!" I replied. "I don't trust anyone else with my bikes so guess what batter, YOU'RE UP!!!!"
I'm proud to report that my first real problem is being fixed by my good friends at Mountain Motorsports Buford, GA as I type this message. And I want to say I am so thankful that the guys are doing everything possible to get my bike fixed so that I can ride it to my brother's funeral Monday, and they really didn't have to do that for me. This is why I will continually support these folks and tell you all to get over to their brand new, shiny, sparkling dealership that's like a football field in size with more bikes and jetskis and shit than any person has probably ever seen! They are good, good folks over there. They are hard working and will earn your business. Whether its the service department or the sales department you got some damned dedicated people over there.
My Victory had the bearings fail in the rear wheel last week. Those of you who follow me saw my bike put me down on the side of the highway. Not a usual happening on a Victory. They are grinding the failed bearing race out of the wheel (whatever the hell that means) and putting it all back together.
Competence! Competence! Competence!
Nothing like people you can trust with your LIFE! And when it comes to your bike maintenance and repair those are the kinds of people you need working on your stuff!
I trust these guys with my life! And I put 8000 miles on that Victory in the first 8 weeks that I owned it. With those kinds of highway miles you gotta run with the best!

I had my 07 M109r services here and I must say I was very pleased. I arrived 15 min early and they were not opened yet, but the service person came out and collected my information and took my bike in to be serviced. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I never felt as if I was under any pressure to do anything other than have a tire replaced on my bike. That's not to say he didn't tell me about other services they could provide which I will take him up on those offers at a later date. OVERALL, I will surely be using them as my servicing company for my motorcycle going forward. THANK YOU FOR THE GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!

Purchased a Can Am Spyder RS 2014 Brand New there 4/25/2015, The bike is Great!!, The salesman Jeff Got me the options I asked fore, and then after the deal went sour ( my bank doesn't do business with Mountain Motorsports). Mountain Motorsports got me a 1% lower APR Loan through Sheffield Financial, then Navy Federal Credit Union, which I have been with 25 years and already had pre-approved bank draft in hand.

I recently visited Mountain Motorsports for parts and service. Initially, I went there to purchase a key blank for a bike that I bought at the Conyers location only weeks before. I called the day prior to verify the key was in stock. The associate had set the key aside for when I arrived. They cut the key and walked me over to the service department where they programmed it for me right away. I also needed to have work done on the bike. Ryan did a fantastic job of recording my concerns for the repair order and kept me abreast of the progress. I was looking to buy my first bike and started shopping around. I heard about mountian motorsports and decided to stop in. Met a sales rep named Josh,a rider himself,he was very knowledgeable about all types of bikes. Long story short the staff was great service plan is excellent and i walked out with 2 brand new bikes. As a new rider josh was nice enough to give me tips to ride and followed me to my house to make sure i made it safe. That is going above and beyond customer service. Everything was A1.im going back with my little brother to purchase another in the next few months.

I thought they would tell me to hit the road because I was running back and fourth from dealer to dealer looking for the best price! They came through for me when I bought my R6! The customer service was great and everyone was so friendly. I felt like they were genuine about helping me get the best price for my bike including my assecories. I'm currently in the market for my second four wheeler and even though my first is a articat I'm going to try a Yamaha this go around!
